In order to fix the OpenGL driver problem use the following procedure:
- The first step is to identify which graphics card is currently being used.
To do this, you will need to download and run GPU-z, a small program that allows us to identify which graphics card you have: Download it for free here - The second step is to download the updated driver (NOTE: Requires administrator permissions.):
If your graphics card is Intel, you can download the update wizard from the following link: Intel Updater
NOTE: For Intel graphics card devices with Intel HD 4000 or lower, note that VirtwayEvents is not supported due to a bug in Intel OpenGL occurring when using those graphics cards.
To manually update an Intel graphics card, click the link below and download the driver for your operating system and device: Intel Drivers
If your graphics card is NVIDIA, you can download the drivers from the following link: NVIDIA Drivers
If your graphics card is AMD, you can download the drivers from the following link: AMD Drivers - The third step is RECOMMENDED and it is to uninstall the old drivers by using the DDU Uninstaller program that can be downloaded from the following free link: DDU download link
Once downloaded, you can follow this guide to learn how to use the tool: DDU User Guide - The last step is MANDATORY: install the updated driver that you have already downloaded in step 2. After that, the driver should be updated, and therefore, you can enjoy VirtwayEvents without any OpenGL errors.
