- How do I move with my avatar?
You can use your keyboard arrows or AWSD. If you are on a mobile device or tablet using a touchscreen, you can use the joypad arrows shown on the screen in the bottom left.
- Can I enter the virtual world without earphones?
We do not recommend doing so because you may not be able to speak. It is likely that it will also generate an uncomfortable echo for the rest of the attendees.
- What kind of internet connection do I need?
Recommended connection specifications:
- 3 Mbits download speed for normal users
- At least 20 Mbits download speed for speakers who want to share their screen or webcam with the audience.
- How is it different from Skype or Zoom?
The level of interaction on all levels is much higher. Users become participants rather than spectators and each person has the ability to speak up, stand up and interact.
- How much does it cost to hold an event?
Like any event in the world, its degree of complexity varies according to the hundreds of variables. We have simpler events that are only conferences and other more complex with stands, networking sessions & activities.

- How much does it cost to have my own virtual world?
To have access to your own private virtual world on a regular basis, you only have to sign up for the subscription plans that best suit your needs. If what you want is to have a world for a unique event, we will help you to manage that experience.
- Do I need to know about programming to use Virtway Events?
Not at all, if you are just a visitor, you only need a PC or a mobile phone/Tablet. It is like a video game. If you want to be a partner and learn how to set up events, we will give you simple web tools to customize it.
- Does it work on mobile phones?
Of course, it is one of our core values. Being multiplatform, as it works both in iOS / Android.
- Does it work on Linux OS devices?
No, Linus is the only Operative System where the platform does not work.
- Can I try out Virtway Events before I invest?

- Can I customize the virtual world to my own liking?
The degree of personalization is quite high thanks to our web content manager. There is always a structure that is necessary for us to manage, in order to prevent performance issues, but the different contents, screens, stands, images, etc. can be customized to your liking with content.
- Does the platform count with integrated analytics to measure the users' interaction?
You can tell how active users have been thaks to the metrics.
- Can I create new customizable 3D elements?
Yes, but it is a complex process that has to pass through our engineers to maintain the fast loading of the platform.
- Can I upload videos to the platform? What size? Which format?
Yes, up to 150 MB (if you need more, you can look for alternatives with the help of our team). Avi, mov, mp4, wmv and flv format.
- What are concurrent or concurrent users?
This is the maximum number of users connected at any given time. For example, 1000 users can pass through your virtual world in a day but only have a peak of 100 connected/concurrent users at a time.
- How many users can access simultaneously?
Up to 1000 in the same room, 2000 in the same scene (cloned rooms), and up to 2400 in your own whole world.
- Can I do the user registration from my own website?
Yes, we can provide you with an API for it to be a single record.
- Can I create customized clothing for my avatar?
Yes, but it is a process that takes time because our avatars are highly optimized on all devices. It is important to submit an order well enough in advance for it to be finished before your event. We can add logos or text on top of already created clothing or you can request clothing or accessories made from scratch.
- If too many people are connected, will my experience be affected due to the sound of the application?
No, the 3D sound is precisely the strength of the platform. You will only hear the avatars that are closer to you.
- In which languages is the platform available?
The platform's user interface is available in English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
- Does it work with the airplane mode activated?
No, you need an internet connection.
- How can I know if the app works on my device?

- Can I record an event?

- What does it mean to be a Virtway Events partner?
Only companies that are certified can make demos of this product in order to sell 3D events created by themselves, so they have to go through a thorough learning process.
- How much does it cost to be a partner?
It is 500€. It includes training hours and the possibility of converting that initial payment into licenses in the first event.
- Is the application compatible with VR headsets?
No
