It depends on the partner itself. At Virtway, we provide the necessary service to make it as fast and effective as possible through training and documentation. Approximate time: 2 weeks.
- How is the payment? Can it be deferred?
One single payment as a registration fee. This is more a commitment for our time, and we will return this registration fee from the license costs of your first events.
- Can I pay in a currency other than Euros?
Only payments to Virtway Events are accepted in Euro € currency. Payment can be made by bank transfer or through the Paypal application to simplify and speed up the process.
- Who gives the training to us?
The training is offered by a qualified Virtway Events technician.
- How many people in the company can be trained using the 3D Virtway Events platform?
The training can be received by the number of people required, there is no limit to the number of users.
- Which countries is the certification valid?
Virtway Events certification is valid worldwide.
- What profile does the staff to be trained to require?
Although it's an application with very intuitive management, an event itself involves certain complexity and multiple tasks. Therefore, it is advisable to have a multidisciplinary team composed of:
- Systems Engineer specialized in attending to support needs in the first instance.
- Specialized content developer to manage the CMS.
- Global event coordinator for planning and conducting the event.
- What type of computer equipment (hardware and software licenses) should I have as a partner?
A team with less than 5 years of age in principle would be sufficient to effectively manage the contents. More information:
- Is the training process for partners face-to-face or virtual? What would be the schedule?
It is training by videoconference accessing the 3D world and its CMS content manager. The company that receives the course will have all the necessary documentation and training support from Virtway Events.
The schedule will be adjusted to the availability of all the participants in the training and will consist of 2-hour training sessions. It's purely practical training on the virtual world of the Virtway Events partner itself.

- How long is the certification valid once it is granted?
Certification is 1 year automatically renewable if both parties are able to continue. At Virtway Events, we will carry out random tests on our partners with the objective of making sure that they know the technology and the new features that we will be incorporating. These exams will be free of charge.
- And what internet capacity do you need?
Recommended connection specifications for both wifi and ethernet:
- 3 Mbits download speed for normal users.
- At least 20 Mbits download speed for speakers who want to share their screen or webcam with the audience.
- What are the countries where the server is located? (Amazon, Google, Azure, or Cisco)?
They are from Amazon and are currently located in Ireland, but we will soon have Amazon servers in the United States.
- Could the configuration of a 3D world be saved to use in more subsequent events that a client has?
Yes, there is a possibility to use a certain configuration within a virtual world and later save it to reuse it in more virtual events.
- What type of contract does a Virtway Events partner have?
Virtway Events offers a contract in which the partner has a 30% discount on licenses. In addition, it has its own 3D world for demos, limited to 7 users, and access to webinars about contents and activities.
