Issues using Virtway Events
Everything you need to know about the application and possible problems you may find
- The "Talk" button appears in gray
- Download error: DANGER! Due to network problems, a critical resource could not be downloaded
- Potential issues with the Sound Wizard
- The app suddenly freezes or stops working
- Blue avatars
- AUDIO: Other users can't hear me
- AUDIO: The user cannot hear other users
- AUDIO: "Unable to initialize the recording device: your voice cannot be heard by other users"
- AUDIO: User's voice is too low
- The request/invitation to go to a user is not effective
- AVATAR: I can't see or hear other user's avatar
- AVATAR: It falls into the void and the whole stage is left at the top
- AVATAR MOVEMENT: It is always moving and cannot be stopped
- SCENE: "Error loading scene"
- SCENE ACCESS: 'The limit of users for "MUNDO3D" has been reached. Please try again later'.
- SCENE LOADING: User does not see the scene in the scene list
