Is the browser asking for permission to execute the application: In this case, deactivate the check 'Always ask before opening this type of address' and click on 'Allow'.

Are you using Edge?
The Edge browser is not compatible with the Virtway Events platform. SOLUTION: Use another browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, ..).
If you get an error message like "Some files could not be updated. Select an option to continue":
This indicates that there is a problem accessing the platform's server.
- Execute the ve-checker to confirm the platform.
- Check the execution log to see which files cannot be downloaded from the server.
- Test a computer on another network to rule out a server failure.
- It is possible that the antivirus is scanning one of the downloaded files.
- Disable the antivirus and try again to rule out this cause.
- It is possible that there is a problem on the user's network. Try to download the failed file from the web browser to confirm it. If it is a problem in the user's network you should contact your system administrator to solve it.
